Aven has more than 10 years of experience in public relations, marketing, and communication and has worked in the hospitality and tourism industries for more than 15 years. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Central Florida, where she also received a certificate in Cultural Tourism.
Originally from St. Augustine, Aven can trace her Florida roots back hundreds of years. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming in freshwater springs, exploring “Old Florida" attractions, creating art, and cheering on the Detroit Red Wings and the UCF Knights.

Matt has more than 10 years of experience in graphic design, website design, and marketing and has worked in the hospitality industry for over 5 years. In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience in travel and architectural photography. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Anthropology, and Ancient Mediterranean Civilizations from Rice University.
Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Matt spent more than a year backpacking around the world photographing and exploring diverse destinations. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling Central Florida's bike trails, planning new adventures, playing board games, and eating.
